Replacement of the HVAC system, suspended acoustical tile ceilings, lights, and exterior

doors and windows. There will be asbestos abatement at the Wayne Hills Center.

b. Work at Wayne Hills Center (WH) includes, but may not be limited to:

Replacement of the HVAC system, spray-applied insulation at a portion of the existing

roof deck, suspended acoustical tile ceilings, lights, and a new exterior concrete stair

with a new incline lift. There will be asbestos abatement at the Wayne Hills Center.
