Nielsen Builders can provide its clients with two Construction Management opportunities. CM Agency is where Nielsen acts as the Owner’s principal agent in the management of a construction project or program. Nielsen will guide the Owner through the planning, design, construction and post design phases. For CM At-Risk, Nielsen Management Group commits to delivering the project within a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP). We will guide the Owner through the planning and design phases as a consultant and deliver the construction phase as the equivalent of a general contractor.
