Work includes the construction of a new recreational facility, cart barn, and pavilion associated with the Lake Monitcello Golf Course.  This will replace the existing golf pro shop and cart barn on site.

At another location at Lake Monticello, the existing Ashlawn Clubhouse will be renovated.  This Ashlawn property currently has a restaurant, large multi-purpose rooms, a media studio, and administrative offices. The main (second) floor of this building will remain in operation until the restaurant is shut down at the end of March.  site improvements occur mainly at the golf course site, and include expanding the parking lot, concrete sidewalks, paved golf cart paths, site walls, and utility installations.
