The project generally consists of a two story addition to Greenville United Methodist Church and renovations to portions of the existing facility. Approximately 1,380 square feet of new construction per floor and approximately 664 square feet of renovation total, with some additional new finishes to designated existing surfaces. The addition includes additional Fellowship Hall space, table and chair storage, and classrooms. Renovated space includes toilets, resource room, corridor ramp, and janitor’s closet. Addition and renovations include demolition. Work also includes related site improvements including parking alterations, retaining wall and stairs, storm drainage, erosion control and utility services.
