This project consisted of constructing eleven residential duplex units and one single dwelling unit. The units were built at various locations in Bridgewater. Prior to building most of the units, extensive site work was completed and underground utilities were installed. Interior finish was drywall in the units. The exterior finishes were partial vinyl siding and brick. Nielsen offered a choice of five different units.
