This two story, 17,000 square foot building is constructed of wood framing and brick veneer, with aluminum storefront windows and entrances.  The building features natural lighting from roof top window monitors, second story porches at each classroom grouping, and a roof top patio.  At full occupancy, this educational day care facility will be home to 152 infants, toddlers, and preschool students, as well as 25 staff members.  Classroom spaces includes kitchen alcoves, changing stations, crib areas, bathrooms, storage cubicles, learning stations and other features as appropriate for each age group.  The building also features a full kitchen, resource and work room, administrative space, laundry facilities, mechanical space, IT server room and a larger entrance lobby and elevator.  Interior finishes include maple stairs, railings and trim, laminate cabinetry, resilient and carpet floor coverings, crown molding, chair rail, and Tuscan tapered columns.  The fully landscaped exterior includes a securely fenced area with abundant play structures.
