A leading global CRO, PRA is transforming clinical trials through their people, innovation and transparency. They serve clients across all phases of pharmaceutical and biotech drug development by combining therapeutic and operational expertise with local knowledge. PRA will move out of their present location in UVA’s Research Park to Town Center 3.

This project includes a 43,000 square foot office upfit to include new electrical and mechanical distribution within the unfinishes shell space. The upfit will finish the 2nd and 3rd floor of the partially occupied Town Center 3. New carpeting, drywall, acoustical ceilings, painting and furnishes are designed based on PRA specifications similar to their other facilities. This is a fast-track project completed while the remainder of Town Center 3 remains open for business.
