Taylor Joins Nielsen

   Rebecca Taylor has joined Nielsen Builders Inc as
project engineer for the company's construction of
James Madison University's Performing Arts Center.
Nielsen recently started construction on the $82 million
center across from the Quad on South Main Street.
   A resident of Broadway, Taylor is a graduate of Blue Ridge
Community College, and studied drafting at Valley Vocational Technical Center.
She is a former project manager with Mather Architects and a civil designer with
Blackwell Engineering.
   The performing arts center is scheduled for completion in the spring of 2010.
   Nielsen employs 230 people at its offices in Harrisonburg and Charlottesville.
