Nielsen Reshuffles Management Team

Nielsen Builders, Inc. has made changes in its management team as the firm prepares for the retirement of John Neff next year.  Neff was named chairman of the board and will continue as chief executive officer.

Tony Biller, a 17-year veteran with Nielsen, will assume Neff's duties as company president.

Others names to Nielsen's senior management team are:

  • William Fisher, senior vice president

  • James DeLucas, chief development officer

  • J. Thomas Moomaw, chief operations officer

  • John Morsch, chief financial officer

Don Hicklin, Gary McBride and Joseph Miller were names vice presidents of the board of directors and Monty Cox was appointed secretary of the board.

Neff will retire from Nielsen in the spring of 2008 to pursue a career in the ministry.  He is pastor of Grottoes Church of the Brethren.

Founded in 1908, Nielsen Builders employs 220 people and has offices in Harrisonburg and Charlottesville.
